Unfortunately, I have to give this place one star due to poor customer service. My husband and I visited this establishment on Friday 7/3 around 10pm and had waited in line for some ice cream. 15 minutes later when it was our turn to order, the employee looked at us, after putting on her gloves, and proceeded to help the next customer behind us. We were shocked as this has never happened to us at a La Michoacana establishment (we’ve visited this location one other time and were regulars at the Orland Park location; never had any problems and customer service was always excellent). Unfortunately, my husband and I did end up leaving the establishment last night and took our business elsewhere. I hate having to write this review, as we are both in the customer service industry and understand the hardships that come with serving the public. However, we don’t want this experience to happen to anyone else. Thank you for your time and have a wonderful day.

If I could, I would sue. My Dubai chocolate had a piece of mango inside it and there was water inside it, my funnel cake was stale the fresas con crema ice cream wasn't how I expected it was just vanilla ice cream with strawberry syrup.

I made an order to uber eat, and I ask for specific fruits on my notes b/c I am allergic to some fruits they have. (In the past I order the same thing and they fallow my notes) this time they didn’t. They send me like a mix of fruits and those fruits were the ones that I am allergic to. I call the store bc I wanted to see if they could help me, the 1st lady that answered was rude and she was not willing to heard me out so she pass me to the supervisor. I ask her that if she could help me b/c I made the order and they didnt respect my instructions. Instead of her telling me that she could try to fix the mistake bc they DIDNT fallow my instructions she keep saying that I didn’t add any instructions or notes to my order which I do. I told her , yes I did. I ask for those fruits bc the other 2 fruits I’m allergic to them. Then she said well we can put those fruits bc we don’t have time to cut those fruits for you. We are really busy and we can’t just cut your fruits as you want us to(which honestly I didn’t care how the fruits were cute. I just wanted something that I can actually eat and No going to put my health on danger) The supervisor was even worst, she give me attitude and she

I spent 17 minutes in line. The service is so slow I mean seriously slow it’s insane for just ice cream & snacks. Once it was finally my turn the lady taking my order barely spoke English so my order was not correct. As I’m trying to explain to her what I wanted on my order she could not understand me no matter what I pointed to or how slow I spoke. I then asked for a top to my ice cream i got in a waffle bowl I’m assuming there are no tops or she didn’t understand me. Once I got to the register to pay I wanted a popsicle that was in the freezer directly next to her. She did not speak English and had to get someone else to explain what I wanted. Besides that the ice cream was okay even though it wasn’t what I asked for

Best Monster preparados ever!! The only reason why I go to Joliet! UpDate: Im going to stop recommending the monster preparados in this place. 2nd time we have gone and the mosters have been not so great!!! The first time it was extremely sour with all the lime they added. Today it was the prepared correctly. They normally add juice to it to add flavor. Today it was just fruit and the monster... no thanks!!!
